PROJECT

Colombia

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Our internationalization begins in the Páramo de Sumapaz, Colombia, with a planting plan of 5,000 trees.

After 10 years, the company is returning to its origins in Colombia, where the idea of CO2 Revolution was born. This return marks the beginning of our internationalization project in Latin America, starting with Colombia. We are investing in its future, its community, and its ecosystems, promoting projects that foster conservation and environmental balance. This effort is a unique opportunity to reconnect with the vibrant natural environment that characterizes Colombia.

Thanks to our partnership with the Bauen Project Foundation, an NGO dedicated to biodiversity conservation and sustainable development, we have been able to launch this project. Together, we have designed a reforestation plan that includes the maintenance of the seedlings for the next 15 years.

Our venture has begun with a planting plan across 22 hectares in the Natural Reserve Refugio de las Aves in Coachí, located in the Páramo de Sumapaz. This plan includes the planting and monitoring of 5,000 trees, preceded by cleaning and demarcating the planting area and pedestrian pathways to ensure proper access.

The aim is to ensure the conservation of these areas and to significantly contribute to the restoration of local ecosystems. This project not only promotes environmental recovery but also strengthens the commitment of local communities to sustainability and the conservation of their natural surroundings.
