Among the factors that contribute to the increase in CO2 emissions and other greenhouse gases are:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Excessive consumption: <\/strong> This common and immoderate tendency to acquire, spend or consume goods that are not always necessary significantly increases their production and consumption. This can lead to excessive use of natural resources, increased carbon footprint and waste generation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accelerated production<\/strong>: Meeting Black Friday demand requires a large amount of natural resources for production. As a result, these resources may be depleted and a larger carbon footprint may be generated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Packaging and waste:<\/strong> The increase in purchases is usually accompanied by a greater amount of often single-use packaging, plastics and product waste. Many of these materials are not biodegradable, contributing to environmental pollution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transportation impact:<\/strong> Online purchases that take place during Black Friday generate an increase in product shipments and deliveries. This implies increased vehicle circulation, which can contribute to the emission of greenhouse gases and air pollution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Energy consumption: <\/strong> The considerable number of online purchases implies a higher average energy consumption to be able to manage orders and comply with delivery logistics. Consequently, it represents an increase in carbon emissions, contributing to climate change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-73369524181ef9eba9e70fb12069b0d2\" style=\"color:#679784\">The role of companies in environmental awareness<\/h4>\n\n<p>As a company dedicated to the conservation and regeneration of forests, we understand the responsibility we have to promote sustainable and conscious practices among our community and clients. To do this, we want to encourage actions that promote more environmentally friendly habits:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Promote circular consumption<\/strong>: Offer discounts to customers who return used products of the same brand for recycling or repurchase. In this way, responsible consumption is encouraged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sustainable offers<\/strong>: Replace aggressive discounts with promotions that promote sustainability.
